I would suggest the picture: "master & commander". I think it works
very well (i used it with a target of bank managers), with an
appropriate debriefing.

Ogg: Films relevant to a leadership
course
Colleagues,
Impressed by the volume and quality of responses
to Fred's request about
change management books, I would like to invite
your thoughts on a
different (although related) topic.
I am in the
early stages of thinking about putting together a course on
leadership
(and followership) for undergraduate students in their second
year of a
degree in business and management studies. I want to stimulate
discussion by showing them film clips, news archives, tv clips (or even
complete films) which illustrate good and bad leadership and leadership
dilemmas.
I would welcome any suggestions about suitable sources of
material. As
always, I will complile a list of suggestions to post back
to the list.
( I am especially (although not exclusively) interested
in material
which concerns leadership from unexpected quarters and
upward leadership
as well as material which suggests some of the
pitfalls of charismatic
leadership.)
Many thanks for your help
Mark
