ICFAI University Press, a branch of ICFAI University, a network of
institutions sponsored by the Institute of Chartered Financial
Analysts of India, has published a new book about performance
appraisals and the editor, Sumati Reddy, is looking for reviewers.
Because the book includes a paper by yours truly, I offered to ask
around for potential reviewers.
The book is titled "Performance Appraisals: A Critical View" and it is
organized into two sections of six chapters each. The first section
examines performance appraisal pitfalls as well as proposed solutions.
The second section examines issues and techniques. The authors are
internationally diverse.
