Last week I responded to a request for "Support Material on Recruitment and Selection" by listing my website which deals with the subject. I thought I was replying to an individual but learned that my message went to the entire list. At this point the site has registered over 80 hits from all over the globe. Because of the degree of interest I have taken time to remove bugs from the site and make a couple recent additions. One of the additions is interesting. It is a symposium paper which had its origins in the old AOM HRNET listserve! If there is interest I will also replace the abbreviated interview guides in the "Guide Library" with completed ones.
I also, want to make it clear that I welcome any Academy members wishing to use the site for teaching or research to do so. But I would like you to be so kind as to inform me of your efforts in this regard, and your results. I also would welcome any comments or critique you may have.
Thank you for your time.

You may find my site helpful:
I just put it back on the web and have not checked it carefully to see if everything works correctly. You are welcome to use it with your students if you wish.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thank you.

Subject: Support Material on Recruitment and Selection
Dear Fellow Members,
I am plannig to teach a course on Recruitment and Selection to MBA students. I follow Staffing Organizations by Heneman and Judge as a text. I supplement the reading by providing additional reference from Personnel Psychology.
I looking for more case studies, simulations and other exercises to make the course more experiential.
Looking forward to your suggestions .
Thanks
Sincerely,
