    Dear All,

I have subscribed to this list for a while, although have not
active participated in the discussion. I have a question, however, I
wonder if anyone could help me with.

I am interested in getting information about Personal Computer
Market Supply Chain. I wonder if anyone has a good case study about the
end-to-end supply chain process regarding the role of the different
companies involved, and the internal/external that they carry out.

I have browsed the web and found review of a good case study in
    this area:

Anderson Consulting, Stanford University and Northwestern
    University. (a report) (1998 ??)
"Unlocking Hidden Value in the Personal Computer Supply Chain."
By Terrence A. Austin of Andersen Consulting and Stanford
    University's Hau L. Lee

However, I was not able to find the actual document itself. I
wonder if anyone knows how to get hold of this report. Or if there is
anything else more recent that is comparable to this report. I am
interested in build a novel automated prototype in the domain of a
    supply chain.

Your comments on this will be most appreciated.

    Best Wishes,
    Jessica
