    We are currently searching for a tenure-track faculty member to support our new Executive Master's in Leadership and Organizational Change (ELOC) programThe ELOC program is the first executive-level master's program in NKU's College of Business and is very innovative in design for our campus.  A cohort of students with managerial/professional experience will meet one weekend a month for two years.  This program focuses exclusively on leadership development (of self and others) and implementation of organizational change (with an OD focus).  We have accepted 28 students for the first cohort and will begin classes at the end of the month.  Please refer to the program web page for more complete details ">http://cob.nku.edu/ELOC/">http://cob.nku.edu/ELOC/">http://cob.nku.edu/ELOC/">http://cob.nku.edu/ELOC/.

    Assistant/Associate Professor - Management - Fall, 2007

     

    The Department of Management and Marketing invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Management.  Primary responsibilities will include teaching courses and providing support for the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">College</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Business Executive Leadership</st1:placename></st1:place> and Organizational Change program (http://cob.nku.edu/eloc).  Secondary teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate or graduate courses in organizational behavior and/or human resources.   

     

    Candidates must have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. from an AACSB accredited school, or anticipate completing such a degree before the time of appointment. Commitment to teaching excellence and to scholarly productivity is required. Applicants should have an active learning teaching orientation, be familiar with emotional intelligence competencies and/or competency development, and be prepared to utilize teams in the classroom in line with the program philosophy, ACT.  Applicants must be willing to engage in business/community outreach.  Industry experience, consulting experience, and/or executive education experience are strongly desired.
