    Dear Colleagues,
We are considering doing an exit self-assessment of our EMBA students so that they can better formulate a career plan after they have completed the two year program. Someone suggested Harrison Assessment service to me. The instruments and the subsequent reports look interesting, but is rather expenseive for us.
If you happen to know that assessment instruments (or similar ones), can you kindly share your evaluation of that instrument? Thanks.

We use the MBA major field test for assessing our MBA students.  We do not have an EMBA program.  I am not familiar with the Harrison Assessment test.

    Dear Dr. Neng Liang,

For a web-based assessment in Simplified Chinese or English, you might consider
Clark Wilson's Executive Leadership (C). While it's used almost exclusively as a
multi-rater assessment [720 Feedback(R)] for career development of senior managers,
the self-rating, if properly positioned, could capture your graduate's level of confidence
in the most important executive leadership competencies. In addition to their obtained
scores on frequency and effectiveness, we could also compare their self perceptions
    to our international database.

Contact me privately and we can discuss how you might use this validated instrument.
