Dear Colleagues,
Forgive me for cross listing. Many of my leadership researcher colleagues who never covered psychometrics in their doctoral program have been asking for a detailed Item Response Theory Analysis of our latest measure of the components of Team Leader-Member Exchange. Attached for their edification is a new IRT analysis.
