The Business Journal of Hispanic Research is a peer reviewed research journal that focuses exclusively on topics that relate to Hispanic executives, managers and professionals. Topics include all business related issues as well as higher education issues. Acting as a conduit between academics and executives, we have two editorial boards, listed below. Copies of the journal will be available at the reception.

Journal Goals:
- To create and disseminate reliable and valid information to businesses and decision makers on topics relevant to the Hispanic workforce. Topics include, but are not limited to: leadership, employment (recruitment, selection, motivation, retention, performance, etc.), marketing, strategy, corporate governance, educational issues, etc.
- To provide an outlet for researchers who focus on Hispanics and their experiences in the workplace.
- To provide Hispanics with strategies that will increase their success.
- To encourage early career academics to conduct research with this population.
- To act as a conduit between academic theory and practice, as it relates to Hispanics at work
