Colleagues,
I was wondering if I might ask for your help.
I am currently putting together a new edited collection of readings on the subject of leadership. The title of the book will be Discovering Leadership and the target market will be second year undergraduate students taking a course in Leadership, Influence and Change.
The course is designed as an introduction to leadership and has eight sections, which are titled thus:
* Defining Leadership
* Leadership: Image or Substance
* The Romance of Leadership
* Followership
* The Vision Thing
* Inspiring Others
* Gender Issues
* Ethical Issues
I want to produce a book that will have a wider readership than my own students and so I was wondering what articles you would like to see in such a book. I anticipate including three papers on each topic to provide the core reading of the course.
I would be grateful for any suggestions for (already published) articles that you would regard as the core readings on a course such as this.
Many thanks for taking the time to read this message and for your suggestions.
