    Hello All,

For our OD students we are shifting from a capstone course that was an individual field experience and designing new capstone that will be a team-based field  experience.  I've found several syllabi but if anyone has experience with this type of course I would welcome your insights.

In particular I would information on recommended texts and readings, team grading approaches, syllabi, and role of team advisors/instructors.  Of course, any lessons learned and pitfalls to avoid would also be appreciated.

Thank you.  I look forward to your ideas and assistance.
    Susie
