                I am looking for a video (preferably no longer than 20 minutes) of a strong organizational culture company – preferably real, but could be fictional as well. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    You might try

     

    FISH!  Pike's Place Fish Market

    Southwest Airlines

    Johnson & Johnson (HBS tape on their culture)

    Brubaker (negative but strong culture, true story)

    Sigal- Although much longer than 20 minutes (perhaps you could select segments) I have used the videos of Walmart and ENRON in my Org Behavior and Management classes. They made a strong impact on my students-- and we had a lively ethics discussion along with that.

    Hi - FISH is an excellent video on culture. It's about a fish market in (I think) Washington State.
