I hope all is well. I need to readjust my assessment approach for the AACSB for my undergraduate strategy course. I am looking for as short of a case (or even vignette) as possible that would allow my students to identify specific external factors including social/demographic, legal regulatory, global/competitive, economic and technological. The case should also provide the material so my students would be able to make recommendations regarding appropriate strategic directions for each factor.
Ming-Jer Chen recommended Ici-Fili (HBS 9-703-516). Unfortunately, ICI-Fili is too long for my needs. I am looking for a shorter one. In the best of all worlds, the case would also be recent, interesting to the "average" undergraduate and include a killer teaching note (and it would cure cancer...).
