Dear Colleagues:
Beth Fisher-Yoshida and I are pleased to announce the publication of our new book: "Transnational Leadership Development." The second book in the "Innovations in Adult Learning Series" from the AMA.
The book draws on our personal and professional experiences working with leaders in other cultures and leading multicultural teams both in the US and abroad. We introduce the five paradoxes of transnational leadership (not problems to be solved, but dilemmas to be understood through different lens that draw on "knowing yourself" and "honoring others".
As the attached flyer notes: This powerful guide lights the way for those seeking to develop their people's proficiency in leading globally, while respecting, embracing, and leveraging local cultural differences toward better performance, teamwork, employee satisfaction, and results.
We believe you may find it a valuable book to be used both in corporate settings and the classroom.
Best regards,
Kathy Geller
