Hello – Bonjour

We are contacting you because you are attending the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management Conference</st1:placename></st1:place> in August 2009. We are conducting a workshop on the 7^th of August, the first day of the conference, concerning evaluation of business programs in tertiary educational settings. We are hoping for lively discussion from participants who are coming via the Internet from <st1:place w:st="on">Europe</st1:place> and those who are attending in person. As someone who is involved in the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename></st1:place>, we thought you would be interested in attending this workshop and/or know of others who would be interested.

The Workshop will run on Friday August 7 from 8 to noon.  We have established a website for participants to post their writings and thoughts prior to the workshop. Those who sign up for the workshop by responding positively to this email will be given the questions that will be posed such that you can contemplate and come prepared. We are hoping to have informative and interesting exchanges of ideas from educators, journal and magazine editors, and others involved in evaluation of tertiary education on the development of a global method of evaluation.

We look forward to hearing from you concerning your participation as well as suggestions as to who else might be interested in participating.
