Topic for this Conversation: Transforming Business Education through an Evolutionary Lens Please join David Sloan Wilson for a conversation about how to change business school education to align with the latest scientific insights on multilevel selection. Prof. Wilson is a leading authority in the field of evolutionary sciences, author of award winning articles and best selling books (including Evolution for Everyone, Altruism). His work is focused on how business can become a force for good, dispelling the myth of trade-offs and developing disruptive mindsets as well as native capabilities. The conversation, facilitated by Michael Pirson (Fordham University, Director of the Center for Humanistic Management), and author of Humanistic Management (Cambridge, 2017), will explore what we can learn from the most recent scientific insights from an evolutionary perspective. We will explore how evolutionary sciences can inform business education, possibly replacing economics as the grandfather science.
