Help me overcome COVID dissertation challenges!
Dear Business Faculty,

My name is Jennifer Wegleitner and I am an Assistant Professor of Business at Presentation College and a graduate student at Indiana Institute of Technology, where I am pursuing a PhD in Global Leadership. My dissertation studies faculty perceptions of undergraduate business students' incivility in the classroom and the role it plays in the development of global leaders. Once completed, the study will give perspective to the emerging problem of incivility in business education across the globe. This research is the first of its kind to take an international approach to understanding incivility in higher education, and your help is appreciated in making it happen.
