The Department of Management in the School of Business at Providence College is seeking two (2) full-time, tenure-track faculty members in management at the rank of assistant professor, commencing August 2023. The successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and MBA courses in organizational behavior and/or human resources. The ability to teach additional courses such as HR analytics, diversity and inclusion, negotiation, or the department's introductory management course would be valued. A Ph.D. in management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is required.
