The Trust Stream of the Work Inclusivity Research Centre (WIRC) at the University of Birmingham in the UK invites you to the online workshop "Building Trust in Academic Collaborations".
· How do we create academic collaborations that last?
· Which key behaviors build trust among co-authors?
· How does trust play out in international collaborations?
· How could we repair trust among co-authors?
Join us to explore together the importance of Trust Dynamics in fostering strong and collaborative academic work. Our speakers will offer personal insights as well as practical strategies and best practices to navigate academia at different career stages.
