Contribute One Key Resource: Help us build the AOM MED Global PhD Resource Portal

  • 1.  Contribute One Key Resource: Help us build the AOM MED Global PhD Resource Portal

    Posted 6 days ago

    Dear MED Division Colleagues,

Greetings.  As the Doctoral and PhD Director for the Management Education and Development (MED) Division, I am leading an initiative to build a comprehensive, global resource portal specifically for our PhD students.

We invite our community of scholars to contribute their expertise. We recognize that many excellent resources (created by MED teachers, qualified academics, and other experts) are already publicly available, and we plan to curate and collate these onto our new website.

We need your input: Please submit your single most essential, publicly available resource, tool, or publication across any of the four core areas of the PhD journey (Researcher Development, Teaching, Publishing, and Career Prep).

Note: If you believe a resource is useful to our PhD researchers who are increasingly called upon to teach, please link the source here.

Action: Please click the link below to submit your valuable resource suggestion via our structured form. The process takes less than two minutes.

AOM MED Division: Global Academic Resource Collection for PhD Students – Fill in form

A working group will collate these submissions and work with our Communications Director to create this global resource for MED PhDs. Your contribution will leverage collective knowledge to directly enhance the success and preparedness of the next generation of MED scholars.

Thank you in advance for your support in building this vital resource.

    Best regards,
Dr Paul Joseph-Richard, Ulster University, Northern Ireland, UK

    Dear Paul,

    This is an excellent initiative.
An example of a resource for authors to help them with the publication process is being provided by AMLE.
It concerns a short video presentation about the "Steps Authors Can Control in the Publication Process", and can be access here

I hope this is a useful addition to the resource pool you wish to create for the MED community.

    Best wishes
    Dirk
